A Sunny Day at the Park (in January!)

Today it was absolutely beautiful outside! I think it reached 73 degrees in Bella Vista, so we all decided to pack up and head to the park for the afternoon. The girls enjoyed swinging, Breckyn loved playing in the rocks, Ashlyn made some friends and played with them on the playground, and Ronnie and I enjoyed the warm sun on our backs as we sat and watched the girls play. We then walked over to the basketball court and shot some hoops while Ashlyn practiced dribbling. It was a very relaxing Saturday that was much needed by all!

Ashlyn pushed Breckyn in the swing for awhile. Breckyn usually likes the swing, but today I couldn't tell if she was having fun or not.

These rocks kept Breckyn entertained the whole time we were at the park. She grabbed rocks with her hands and stared at them for minutes at a time.

Breckyn and mommy. The sun was bright! Breckyn took a good picture though.

More fun with the rocks.

Going down the slide together. We stuck with the short slides when the girls went together.

Ashlyn practicing her dribbling. She says she been learning how to dribble in P.E. class at school. She does pretty good! She is however a "ball hog". Ronnie and I couldn't take the ball and shoot around without her getting mad.

Breckyn did well watching us play but soon lost interest and wanted out of her stroller. I let her crawl around on the grass but she wandered over onto the court. By the time we got home her pants were not khaki anymore, they were gray.
